Just got my shape installed last week but it has problems with switching the sound mode from stereo to Band on the wall. I rebooted the devices but still giving errors, when I check logs I see the following error:

Also when starting to play thought spotify connect from standby it plays the song for 2 seconds and pauses the song. When pressing play again it starts playing without any problems. But it's rather strange behavior to start in my opinion.

b. you do have two amplifiers? If so, while starting has one a white light the other a purple one? There seams to be an error between the two.

Is the correct design-id loaded in the Shape? See "Shape info" in the setup part of the B&o app.
Yes the correct design-id is loaded. I just unplugged the amp from power, waited about 60 seconds and plugged it back on. After doing this I could change the mode again from Stereo to BOW and vice versa. So maybe that did the trick?
A2B is also shown as 'ready' now.
There is no other way of rebooting the amp through the app or web-tool right?
But now after a few hours in standby mode, A2B giving an error. Not sure if thats a problem. Will check if I'm able to change the sound modes now.
