Hi everyone,

can someone explain me how to put this part in place? It fell down from my 4002 dust cover and even with the technical drawing I cannot understand where it belongs…

Part# 3015030.
It's a glider.
It glides up and down the back side (when opened) of the metal hinges.
The spring stands on it.

Thanks Dillen. It has to be placed in the center of the cover, where the springs are joining, or somewhere else?

No.
One each side, where the springs ends glide on the metal hinges.

Ok I see, and now with the technical drawing it’s clearer. I think I’ll have a hard time putting this into its original place!

Take the whole lid off, hold the spring with pliers and slip the glider in between.
