Hello.
A few days ago I bought used Beoplay E8 2nd Gen. It was possible to pair them with my Samsung S7. But since I switched to a Huawei P30 pro they don't work anymore.
When I want to pair them:
1) take it from the case
2) touch the right one and the LED shows up and flashes
3) touch and hold bove for 5 seconds: the blinking LED turns off and the blue light doesn't activate
What I tried:
I opened the Bluetooth settings on my phone. When the right one is switched on, the headphones appear as a BT-device. When I clicked on it, come a message that they should be in pairing mode. To activate the pairing mode both headphones have to be touched and holded for 5 seconds. I tried this after the right one was swiched on. The blinking white LED stops. After I taped the headphones on my phone an error appears. Then a red light goes on (right earbud).
This is very strange because I fully charged them and when I tried it on the old S7 again they also don`t worked.
I hope someone can help me
