Hi all,

I seem to have lost the ability to associate my Beovision 7 HDMI inputs to the Beo4 TV button when using the menu/options/connections screens. TV doesn't show as a connection option on any of the HDMI ports.

The only way I've been able to play the TV is to add DTV2 as a List button option and then to associate it to the TV HDMI input.

Any ideas? Is there a way of resetting the Beo4. Hope someone out there can help.

Did you have it before???

If the SW (and version) of the BV7 is high enough, you normally can free those two buttons by disabling the tuners.

Did you do a reset of the tv - that could have caused the tv to return to default settings with active tuners.

MM

There is a tv - and there is a BV

Thanks for your help. How do I disable the TV tuners or reset the TV?

Unfortunately you don’t tell us which version of the BV7-40 you have.

Here is an example of the menu, where this is done - if that is available on your BV7.

Many thanks for your help. I have been able to turn the tuners off and re-associate the TV and DTV buttons on the Beo4. Simple when you know how!
