Folgendes problem: beosound 9000

Türe zu- CD lift blockiert 

Türe offen- CD lift läuft 

Was könnte es sein???

Hallo, vielleicht hilft Reinigen der Türinnenseite und Lichtschranke (kleine Plastiknippel oben und unten neben den CD).
