Dear Forum,
I recently purchased a Beovision Eclipse v1 and have a few questions.
1. I have trouble getting the motorized floor stand to work. When in the Beolink-menu (where I understand there should be a 'Stand'-option - none is to be found. When in the Service-menu (last option in the Sound, Beolink, etc. menu) and I choose Advanced - Diagnosis - System Voltage I get a red marking in the 12V and it shows 0.03V (please see picture).
My question here - does this screen say 12V (or something very close to 12V) on the one that is marked red here and is it white on your Eclipses..? Does "red colour" here indicate something is wrong and if so, is it "broken-wrong" or mis-configured-wrong, somehow?
2. My second question relates to the software version in the panel. It sais it is 3.60.4. When I try to update it tells med no newer version is available.
When I have a quick look at the LG website and check out what firmware is available for a stock LG C7 screen it is the 6.xx.x level. When you backtrack all the way to 3.60.4 you see _alot_ of improvements, bugfixes and updates. Do we Eclipse v1 owners miss out on all of this just because we have a B&O branded screen? Just curious...
Thank you, all great contributors, to this forum. I hope someone out there know the answers to these questions (I believe may be of common interest to shed some light... :)
