I began to test my Beomaster 1600 receiver and it lit up when I plugged it in. I thought that was strange since I did not turn it on. I proceeded to test all the controls and everything seemed to be working. I pressed the off button and attempted to turn it back on, but now it won't power up.
Does anybody have any experience or insight into this strange issue? Even if I can't fix it I would like to pass on info to potential buyer for repair or parts.
It's quite common to see the power switch binding - unable to spring back out at the spring pressure.Take apart, clean and put back together. Perhaps increase spring pressure a little.Small parts! - Work inside a clear plastic bag.
