Hello everyone!

I wanted to ask if there is anyone who used an EU version of the Beolab 7.1 (or any other European speaker for the matter) in Canada? I am planning to ship one for my friend who lives there and even though it's easy to find a cable to power it, but I am wondering on how much effect would a lower 120V have on the system? Would it be able to power itself at all or should my friend consider an adapter for it?

Thanks in advance,

Dmitry

By installing a jumper between two pins made for this purpose, it is posible to convert it to work at a different mains voltage.

The jumper is left out for 230V and installed when using 110V according to the service manual.

Thanks a lot! Gonna go check how to do it properly, since the only chance it would be installed is if I do it :) No change my friend would do anything more complex than plugging it in the power socket
