claudiu : Can you please tell me about how you puc control work ,and if you had any problems?
Most problems were related to C-Chassis based TVs like the BeoVision10s - no problems on BeoSystem 3 based TVs like the 7-55 (A-Chassis)Info about your specific setup required ...
beovision 9 /beovision 8 to at-prohd44-sr
will not change the port an the matrix. and sends the signal, on to the source, is very strange, the same problem is with beovision 9 and beovision 8 -40.
works perfectly using atlona ir eye and Atlona remote.
I do not know what its to do, now comes a technicality to install a new puc list for matrix , I hope it will work
General hints:- After EVERY change (even just unplugging / reconnecting a cable to the same socket) a mains reset of the Atlona is required.- Cover the IR eye on the front of the matrix - the Atlona might get unwanted "double" IR signals from IR blasters attached to sources located nearby.- Update BeoVision 9 and BeoVision 8 to the latest SW.- Update the PUC for the Atlona Matrix to the most recent version.- Update all PUC files for all sources connected to the Atlona to the most recent version. The B&O tech should have an "Atlona Trouble Shooting List" . To be carried out - step by step ...
Du you think they may have given me the wrong optoubler cables. Look at the pictures below, it seems that look identical with AT-PRO2HD-SERIES.
How to check if the cable i have is correct ?
If i change the matrix in the puc list to a source (ex. appletv) all function properly, and allows the B & O remote to control the appletv .using these optoubler cables and matrix and on to the source (appletv)

The cable for a AT-PROHD44M-SR (the older matrix version using 2 Cat cables to each client TV) should look like the cable shown in the top picture.
Item # 6270794 for "Optocoupler cable Matrix Pro0, 1m, grey" is the right type of cable for your model. If a longer cable between Atlona and Set Top Box is needed you will also need Item # 6271203 "Extension Cable for A8 Headphone 2,5m" connected to the end with STEREO mini jack.
As I can see from the pic you posted you already have the 27 page "Atlona HDMI Matrix trouble shooting guide"(Rev 1.0 is the most recent version) - follow it step by step ...
But before going through all details of the "troble shooting procedure" you should FIRST:- Update BeoVision 9 and BeoVision 8 to the latest SW.- Update the PUC for the Atlona Matrix to the most recent version.- Update all PUC files for all sources connected to the Atlona to the most recent version. If you have to use IR Blasters attached to sources connected via your matrix (eg Apple TV)- Cover the IR eye on the front of the matrix - the Atlona might get unwanted "double" IR signals from IR blasters attached to sources located nearby.
