So I finally found a cheap Beomaster 5000, the seller didn't know you needed special cables and thought it was broken.  What I don't know is if there is a ground for the turntable.  I have an 1800 that has a ground cable but don't see a ground anywhere on the panel, just an antenna hook up.  Do I need to use the ground?

Thanks.

You definitely need to ground it.  You'll see the ground wire connector near the two black 'U'-shaped jumper connectors.
