Beosound 9000 and Sonos Zp90

I have a beosound 9000 running lab 1's and want to connect the zp90 to the coax digital input on the bs9000 just wondering what people's thoughts are connecting this way

By the way, the RCA/Cinch/Phono socket of a BS 9000 is a DIGITAL OUTPUT.
Since there is no A/D converter in a BS9000 to convert analogue FM or AUX sources to digital,
the digital out is only working for CD ...
