My Beogram 8000 turntable will not start and operate properly after setting for a few days with out multiple attempts.

I have removed three electrolytic caps from the main circuit card and I've opened up the sheet metal encased driver board for the LED display. It looks like it contains a cap in a flat platform near the center of that board. I can't locate that one on the drawing and I can't see values marked on the case.

I think I read in another post that I can't find today that this cap should be replace.  Please, if anyone can tell me the values and perhaps a source of supply for the odd platform, that would be appreciated.
