Hey everybody,
My first post, but a long time stalker of any interesting post posted in the last year.
Ever since I was given a Avant RF with a beo4 as a housewarming gift when my gf moved in, I am totally hooked on vintage b&o stuff!
I also have an affection for vinyl, so sooner or later it had to come to it, beogram!
I recently purchased a 1202 in great cosmetic shape. Did run a bit slow but after reading several posts it seems to be running nicely now, just waiting on my replacement needle for the SP.
Now for my question, some last owner/butcher put a rca cable on there, see attached picture. There is so much information on this site, but can't seem to find a solder scheme for a new 5 pin connector. How long was the original cable btw?
Kind regards, Kars!
Yes, that is a bit of a crappy soldering job, but all the connections are correct - I checked on my BeoGram. Perhaps you just need to make a neater job.
Generally the Din5 cables are approx 1.6m.

Collecting Vintage B&O is not a hobby, its a lifestyle.
