Beomaster 3000-2 hum and crackle on right side only

I have just bought a Beomaster 3000-2 tuner/amp and on purchase i did not notice a crackle and hum on the right channel only. It increases at higher volume.  I would love to try on solve it and fix it myself. Can anyone help or suggest where i should start?

Welcome to Beoworld !

Replace the electrolytic capacitors.
The board mounted cylindrical ones in particular.
