Beomaster 7000 skips programme

Hi everybody,

my Beomaster 7000 skips programm number 2. As soon as I hit button two when listening to the radio it jumps to number 2 doesn't seem to be able to "lock in" and then immediately changes to 3. Any ideas what the reason is?

If you haven't tuned and saved any tuning into the preset no. 2, the BM won't let you select it (as there wouldn't be anything to hear).
