I'v read all the post about new Spotify feature on BS5, but my BS5 didn't automatically update wednesday night. I'v tried manual update multiple times, but with no luck. It say "0% downloaded" and after a some time it say "could not contact server". (I'v got danish language, so this is translated).
I'v rebooted, tried turning automatic update off before manual update, but no luck about 1o times.
Any suggestions!
I really wan't tihis new feature - had my BS5 for 4 years, and this is going to be cool!!!!

Sorry to hear, that the update doesn`t work for you.
I don`t have a solution, I`m just guessing, but is your BS5 registered with serial number?
We heard, that updates didn`t work, because of new installed motherboards without serial numbers ....??
I`d recommend to have a look into the service menu.....

I have the same problem that the Bs5/bm5 Will not update software manually/automatically.
My solution is to make à "RECOVERY" in the service menu in Bm5. After the RECOVERY you can make the software update manually.

@ Stefan: Yes it is registered.
@ Martin: Thx. it worked. Called B&O, and they could initially not help, even from Struer, but one from a dealer also told me to try and "Recover" which I did, and it worked. Now with Spotify:-)
Hello, myself too have a BS5/BM5, still in guarantee, and I have exactly the same problem: any time I am checking for updates, and I find one, the download starts, but it remains at 0% for hours.....
