In light of the new store concept launch for the Bang & Olufsen store in Copenhagen, what would be your ultimate store experience? I.e. if you could design a store, how the staff operate, what you see, here and feel inside, the decor, how long your visit was and what you could do whilst you were there......what would a visit to your ultimate showroom be like?

Any sensible ideas will be seriously considered for our Newcastle showroom!

I have nothing against the current store concept, I quite like it actually.

I prefer stores where the staff is aware of all the technology behind the magic.

I have always thought the Newcastle store (we are talking about the one in Grey Street?) as the best I have ever been to: level of service, layout including Beoliving in the basement with kitchen, and the events hosted in the evenings: still remember the piano night - fantastic.

IMHO you should be the exemplars !
