Ok everyone I recently discovered some items in there boxes, totally unused new old stock and had absolutely no idea what they were when I first took one out of its box. If you can ID it you can have one, free of charge! Dont get excited, they are not worth anything (I'll be gutted if I give them away and then see one go on ebay for £50!!)and not really much use but its fun doing this anyway. Oh and the product info pages will not help.

To show the size, heres one of the boxes

And heres a sneaky one of the item.

Guess away!!

It looks like a table bracket for a link eye - The old MCL type! Smile

- Dennis

EDIT: I think they were mainly used with the VX Sensor (Link to BeoCentral).

OK, that obviously wasnt as hard as I thought! It is indeed a Table top mount for an MCL transceiver.

Does anyone want one?

I'll have a look and see if I have anything else to photograph thats a bit odd or maybe Ralph or Denis could put an item up.

This IS ODD - if you know what it was used for...

Ralf

PS: beaker, thanks for your kind offer, but I don't need the table-top mount (should have one myself, somewhere....)

Isn't that the external IR sensor for the BM5500, for those who stick it in a cupboard?

I only knew because MJBeo was after one a while back: http://archivedforum2.beoworld.org/forums/p/5123/46088.aspx#46088

Never heard from him - and I don't think the Lifestyle sensor was the right one because the pin arrangement was different!

That looks like an LNB 22khz add on to allow older satellite receivers to use a dual band universal LNB

Hi beaker,

If you are asking, well, I would LOVE to have one. Can we arrange that? Many thanks!

found a perfect one in Estonia, will be trading it. The livestyle one was indeed not the right one. Cheers though!
