I recently replaced an MX7000 tv in a link room, with a BV3/28.  Before replacement, all audio and video sources were available in the link room from the master system. After the BV3/28 was installed, only the audio sources are now available in the link room ( no VMEM, SAT, VAUX etc)

Is there a sofware update to provide these video sources in the link room, or is the BV3/28 just not able to communicate video commands to the master set-up?

Ron,

I am assuming you have correctly set the "LINK" Frequency ?

There is no reference in the menu to a link frequency, and when selecting a video source on the remote it will not switch the TV on.

Selecting a radio source it will switch the TV on in audio only mode and relay the required radio channel from the main system via Masterlink, but will not repond to any video source selection.

Have now found the problem, the TV will not respond until it is put into option 6 mode, then link frequency and full control of all video sources are available.
