Dear BeoWorld members,

Some weeks ago I bought a new MacBook Pro (13", retina). Now I would like to update my Beo5 but it doesn't work. The Beo5 will not be recognized at the USB3 interface.
The configuration tool 6.00 is running on a 32bit Windows 7 on Parallels 8.0. The Beo5 works well on my old MacBook pro with Windows XP.
I loaded Windows XP to my new MacBook also but the failure is the same.

When the Beo5 is connected with the new MacBook the battery status changed to low and the Beo5 switches off automatically although it was loaded completely before.

Any ideas?

Best regards

Klaus

Hi Klaus.

There is already a new version of Config Tool out, that fixes a lot of issues with the Beo5 driver under Windows 7 and Windows 8. You might want to check this out.

I'm using the 6.00 version of the Config Tool.

As far as I know this is the latest version.

Hello PapaJusitify,

any idea where can I get the version 6.57?

Thank you.
