beosound 9000 MKI faulty

Hello,

 

This afternoom the rolling mechanism ( clapper ?) got down and remained blocked on the sixth CD. It doesn't want to go up anymore. Moreover, it's impossible to open the window.

Can anyone help me ?

Hello!

I hope the experts on this forum just get up and write a good answer... (its 6am); but: did you try to unplug your BS9000? Mine (Mk III) sometimes gets "locked" in a certain mode; the displays shows eg the last radio station but without any function; after the first shock I unplugged the system and it works again with a charme....

I had the same experience yesterday ! A first for me with my mk3.
