I searched but couldn't find answer. I have a Beomaster + Beosound 5 + Beolab 9 system. How can I connect a non Bang Olufsen TV to the Beomaster?
Thanks,
Vince
To clarify, would like to connect with HDMI but Beomaster has no HDMI.
Hello!
The question is what are you expecting?BM5 is not a video storage; the only thing you get is cover art, pictures, internet (experts please complete this list); nothing which couldn't be done with a smart tv...and I would not want to switch on the TV while listening to music to see the cover art...
I do not thinks it is worth spending much effort to this plan
Best regards Elmar

Thank you Elmar, what I wanted to do was to get the sound from the TV thru to the Beolab 9 speakers. Is there a way of taking the audio from the Direct TV satellite receiver and into the Beomaster to play thru the Beolab 9's? or take the audio out from TV and into Beomaster? I heard there would be a delay in sound from picture.
You will need a 'analog to digital usb device' for that - and will get sounddelay, when using it for tv-sound.
Not worth experimenting with that.

There is a tv - and there is a BV
Maybe an Almando Powerlink Switch could help...
Ralf
Might be an option, yes!

Thank you kallasr and Millemissen, I have checked the Almando website, it is in German but I have emailed for information. Looks a solution.
