Replacement pads for Form1 headphones

The replacement foams have been unavailable from Bang & Olufsen for a long time. From time to time the subject crops up and I wondered if anybody has had success in sourcing replacement covers and pads.

Lee said that they had problems with the suppliers so I'm not sure we are any closer to actually getting these!
