Besides the BM7000, what other Beo had both 2-way AND RDS?

I'm sorry but the BeoCenter 2500 doesn't offer RDS on the Beolink 7000 even if the BeoCenter itself has the RDS installed and working.
And i think even the Beocenter 2300 with RDS Kit and 2-Way Software doesn't send RDS Info to the Beolink 7000. Both can be programmed to use a timer for play, record or standby but they can't control light (That's what the Beocenter 9500 can do, it's also 2-way capable, but no RDS info for the Beolink 7000).)
For the Beovision 9000 and the MPAV i also doubt whether it sends RDS Info but i'm not sure.
So this only leaves the 7000 as sending RDS Info to the Remote Control.

Sorry for hijacking the thread, but since you mentioned the 9500's timer capabilities: Is it possible in the 9500 to program timer events such as "switch on radio every sunday morning but keep quiet other mornings" (as in the 7000) or is it only a 24 hr timer?

I just checked and the answer is yes: you can create a weekly timer, and then pick up any combination of weekdays (or just one) to include in it.
Annoyingly it requires you to input a switch off time as well, but I guess that's seldom a problem.

Agree completely. But the OP didn`t ask about Beolink 7000. It was a simple question about Beomasters supporting two-way communication AND RDS.
BTW I can confirm that the MPAV9000 doesn`t send RDS info onto the BL7000 display.

As I mentioned in another thread, I bought a 9500 to check whether my sound quality problems was caused by my bm7000 or my Pentas (it was the bm7000, btw), but after checking that I went back to the 7000 again since it has quite a lot of timers programmed (it actually controls nearly all of the lights in my apartment). I didn't know that the 9500 could do weekly timers, so I didn't realise that it was able to replace my 7000 100%:)

Indeed, but the use would have been with a BL7000.
So, it looks like I need to find a BM7000!
