Hello,
does anybody know where the adjustment is to widen the screens viewable area?
On TV setting (snowy picture) there are black strips down the vertical sides on either side. There must be an adjustment somewhere to stretch the picture to the full width of the tube.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If the black bands are quite wide then it sounds like it is showing in a 4x3 format. Add "FORMAT" to the list of extras on BE4 remote. Press "format" on BE4 remote and select "3" to widen display to 16x9.
