I have misplaced the Pin Number [4 digits?] for this TV.......Does anyone know how I get back to the factory? setting so I can disable the need for a pincode.......Help!!
Hi, you need to get in touch with your local dealer only they can get hold of a pin code for you! This is basically a security feature, hence the dealer only option.

Yes, you'll need to call the dealer which the BeoVision was purchased from, along with the serial number of the set close by. They can then check their own system to see if they have the code on file - otherwise, they'll be able to order you a 'MasterCode' from Bang & Olufsen, which deletes the previous code and unlocks the TV again.
