Beovision 7 -40 mk 11 7- 2 advice needed !

I am moving house . At the new house  I have been offered the Beovision 7 - 40 mk 11 7-2 for the price of £3000 . It was installed in 2006, is wall mounted and looks in perfect condition. It does not have hdmi connectors, but I am told it is HD .

Is this a good deal, or has B and O moved forward so much that I should consider buying new?

Any advice would be gratefully received!

Unfortunately its only worth half that at £1500 max and thats only because of the speaker.
