Hi All

Just had a few days break in Oporto Portugal, and as I had not seen the beolab 14s thought I would look in the local dealer there to see them live so to speak.

the dealer there is in a shopping mall on the beach  promenade overlooking the atlantic ocean with big panoramic windows, on entering explained I was  on holiday and was a bang and olufsen user and could I have a look at the speakers. the store assistant and the owner could not have been nicer sat me and my wife down and played the les miserable blu ray dvd   thru there system wow superb.

what I enjoyed was this service, they knew no sale was going to be made yet they showed us there home cinema set up and all there other displays, and with such pride and enthusiasm for the products and knowledge of the systems 

how refreshing to receive this type of service and on leaving been given a complimentry dvd

consequently I have written to the European service manager for bang and olufsen  to let him know how good this store was.

I think he majority of bang and Olufsen stores offer a great service, the problem is there is just not enough customers
