I am an old fan of B&O equipment and had a lovely set in the 70s, but it is time to downsize and I would like these to go to good owner(s). All are in excellent working condition, with one exception noted below.
First, I have for offer an early 1970s Bang & Olufsen Beomaster 4000 stero receiver/amplifier (the one with the rosewood surround). It is in good shape, although the belt for the mechanical tuner needs to be replaced. I loved this receiver but it is time to let it go to someone who will appreciate the design.I am also offering 1970s Beocord 8004, a cassette player Beogram CD X. I think this was the first CD player offered by B&O.
I have stored these all for several years, hoping that I could find the time and space to use them again, but that just is not going to happen.
These are in the area of Seattle, Washington, USA. I'll ship them, of course. I'd like to get a reasonable amount for them but I'm more interested in knowing that they'll be going to a fan. Since I have to state a price, let me start with asking for $300 each piece, but you can email me if I'm way out of line!
