Hi ALL,

Just joined community:)))

And I immediately need support:)))

Moved to the new house and connected my 4 speakers Beo Lab 3 in to surround system to Beo Center 2.

From 2 speakers I can hear the noise like a buzz ( or static ) all the time, even when I play music.

I have tried unplugging, plunging, changed positions of the switchers etc and still the same.

Can anybody help with guidance what do I need to do in order to eliminate this?

Thank you all for help and support,

Zoran

Are you using Mk1 PowerLink cables by any chance?

That's normally the issue.  You need Mk2 or Mk3 cables..

Hi Zoran

Welcome to BeoWorld :-)

Is it possible for you to connect the two good speakers to the cables that produce the static noise? This would identift if the problem is with the cable.

Probably a bit more fault finding should help to find the cause of the problem.

Regards
