Hi again people, just a couple of questions
The slide tuning on my Beo 4400 doesn't seem to be attached to the cable inside, I believe it's attached by a cable to a "wheel" inside that then tunes in the radio; Has anyone ever fixed this problem ?, and if so, is there a sort of "How To" of how to do it ?
Secondly, how can I attach the Soundcard from my PC to my 4400 so that I can play all the stuff I have on iTunes through it ?, I know it should be fairly simple, but I'm just not sure which cables or connections to use.
All answers greatly appreciated.

Take off the top cover, the tuning slider has some pins glued to the tuning string, probably the glue let loose or the pins are broken, or worst case the string is broken, If the string is broken, you will need a new one, If not, tune in to a known station, set the slider exactly to the stations Mhz, with epoxy or a strong glue attach the slider to the string.
The soundcard can be connected to the tape in connection, ask Sounds Heavenly at the bottom of this page, or get a 5 pin din to RCA or 5 pin din to 3.5 mm. depending on the out from your sound card

Thanks so much again Soren
That really helps, I'll give it a go, and I'll try and post some pics, in case anyone else has the same problem.
Thanks Again
