Beolink App > MLGW > AppleTV (PUC)

Hi,

i have a beovision10/40 with connected AppleTV. Beo 4 > AppleTV control with puc work perfect.

Now i try to control the AppleTV with the BeolInk App via mlgw. (TV,Radio,DTV etc works)

Up, Down,GO etc dont work. only the "Exit" button working/receiving on the Apple TV.

Sources Setup for Apple TV on MLGW is: Source:V.MEM / Dst:TV / UI Type:Generic

Any idea ?

Change the UI to Generic + Arrows + Colours and see if that helps.

i change the UI to Generic + Arrows + Colours, Unfortunately no difference, only the EXIT key is detected.

If the the TV is the only thing connected to the gateway I would just reset to default and quickly rebuild the project. I had a similar problem with a BV12-65 when using an Atlona matrix. The gateway would only trigger curtains matrix inputs. Redoing the configuration was the only remedy. Before going completely down that route try unplugging both the tv and gateway for a few minutes from power and give it one last go.

Did you save the new configuration, which will activate it ?

And maybe you should change Dst from TV to VTR. Not sure if this helps but maybe worth a try...

thanks, but I already tried.

I have found a solution for me:-) , I change the PUC settings from "Apple Remote" to "Apple Universol dock".

Now it works both -Beolink App + Beo 4

Sounds like you may be using older software then on the BV10. You should be able to use the gateway with apple remote with out any problems. Either way, if your satisfied that's all that matters!

Ah, then it would seem as its just a simple incapability of puc codes.
