Has it B&O some type of managerial or commercial relation with Philips?  Because the "inspiration" in this design does not seem to be disguised at all.

i've had two philips tv's both self destructed

I think these new Philips TVs are beautiful. I've seen them IRL and I don't find them to be B&O-inspired.
