Surfing eBay I found this masterpiece - is it a real B&O or a DIY?
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BANG-OLUFSEN-BLACK-EDITION-BEOSOUND-9000-EXCLUSIVE-/321156141660?pt=UK_Sound_Vision_HiFi_Separates_Systems_Combos&hash=item4ac665d25c
What do you think?
My B&O products: Beosound 9000, Beosound 2300, Beosound Century, Beolab 8000, Beolab 6000, Beolab 4000 x2, Beolab 3500, Beolab 2000, Beolab 10, Beolink Active x2, Beotime, Beo5 x2, Beo4, A9 keyring x2, LC2 dimmer x6 and growing....
Even if it's original B&O who pays GBP 100.000 for it ?
BeoSound 9000 MK3, BeoLab 8000, BeoLab 6000, BeoLab 3500, LCS9000, BeoLab 11, BeoLab 7.2, BeoLab 7.1, Beolab 4 PC, BeoCenter 2300, BeoSound Century, BeoSound 8, Beosound 2, BeoVision 7-40 MK2 , BeoVision 7-32 MK3, BeoVision 6-22, BeoVision 4-42, BeoMedia 1, BeoCom 4, BeoLink 1000, BeoLink 5, BeoLink 4 & BeoTime
I saw that, and wondered the same thing...
Is it real? And who would pay 100k for it?????????????

Well the item description says it's one of only three ever made.
Looks like the seller is a B&O dealer. Either that or he's doing some serious fencing/collecting considering the amount of B&O items he has for sale on eBay.
Gorgeous, without doubt - but I could pay an anodiser and laser engraver a few hundred pounds (tops) and make a fake one within a week..
As for £100,000 - what a load of crap. Sorry, but that's utterly ridiculous.

And don't forget the shipping cost of 7000 pounds !
