1.When powered-up,the 3rd digit of the counter does not light up,previously it lighted up normal.

2.Both the audio dB levels do not response correspondence  to the audio signals,

seldom go beyong -20 dB.I did get normal response once yesterday when I reconnected the cables of

PCB-.8004268,the one behind the main display PCB and gone when redone again the same procedures.

The playback is normal.

Anyone here has any suggestion where should I check to get it done.

Welcome to Beoworld !

First let me ask why you disconnected a PCB ?
Did you check the input selector switch at the lower front of the Beocord ?

It·s just because the display does not function properply and thinking that pins oxidation might cause the problem.

The input selector switch was at the AUX when playback.

You will have to put a scope to the display strobes to see if one is missing.

The input signal selector has no influence during playback. It's position is important during recording, though, where
it must match the desired input.
If your deck has the level switch at the back near the DIN socket, check its setting too.
