great program, watched it this morning, i was lucky i grew up in liverpool in the sixties, what a great place to be then

I spent some key teenage years (of the sixties) in Bristol and London - but visited Liverpool and Birkenhead where my mum's family were from.

At that time I only had ears for classical music !
