Hi All

I'm am desperately looking for a part for my Beogram 1203 turntable - the speed change mechanism. The plastic to my current one has become brittle and snapped.

Does anybody have a spare part they'd be willing to sell, or alternatively know where I might be able to locate one?

Thanks for he help

Ed

Can you send a picture of that part or even better the number/code from the service manual. That would help and I can look in my spare parts cabinet. Maybe I can find it...

Where are you located?

Many thanks for your reply, O_master

I believe it to be the part numbered 25 on the image below. This is listed in the service manual as 'Holder' and the manual, and numbered 3152067

I am located in London, so would obviously be happy to pay for any additional postage costs etc

Thanks for your help

I have photographed the faulty part that requires replacing here. This is the underside of the speed change mechanism - as you can see, the metal arm should be fixed to the round plastic dial but the plastic has snapped. Someone has tried to fix the arm to the plastic with araldite, but this isn't sufficient.

Am still looking to purchace a replacement for this, so please let me know if you can help! Look forward to hearing from you

The manual scan points to something else (is it the correct manual at all ?).
From the photo, however, it looks like it's this part (to the right):

Thanks for your reply Dillen

I have opened up my turntable again to look at the components and you are quite right - this is the part required. Do you have one you would be willing to sell on?

Many thanks, Ed
