Hi, i just bought a pair of beolab 6000 speakers. i don't have the system/amplifier that these work through.

I want to test that they are in working condition.

How can i do this without the correct system?

Any help would be very appreciated. thanks

It is possible to play music from your smartphone, iPod and similar devices. I have never tried it myself. Someone else will probably write what kind of cable you need. It should be quite easy to find the answer if you use the forums search function or search on google.

Good luck!

use with phono cables and change the switch to line - use an amp with pre-outs.
