Can anyone tell me where I can buy or have repaired the four damper rams from the two lids on the radiogram. They work up to a point but they all judder quite badly.

On mine, the metal rod is just an interference fit inside a rubber sleeve.  Is yours the same?

If so, you should just be able to source and replace the rubber (car bulkhead seals I suspect).  If the rubber has hardened you can get rubber refreshing solutions to soften it again.  Try cleaning the metal rods to ensure they slide properly and smoothly.

Dave.
