Hi,

any advice on which cat 5 encoder/decoder would be best to replace the coax ML solution I'm using right now? I have cat5E UTP in the wall, so I think I'll not be sending the data uncompressed! There is either a ip packetised option where you can use a switch, or a HDBaseT standard where it uses its own packet format, so needs to run as a separate physical layer. I'm happy with either, but just wondering if anyone has any recommendations?

regards to all

Atlona products work great for HDMI over CAT and are supported by B&O directly. Geffen or Key Digital products have worked great in the past as well.

Ah, you know... A little B&O here, a little there
