Hi I purchased a Beogram 8000 with a malfunctioning control panel. As my Beomaster 8000 will control it, I figured it was an issue with the control panel. I have dis-assembled the boards and found some pins pulled out and lo and behold the panel now works. Unfortunately though I have this brass clip that fell out from the panel and Its unclear how it goes back in. I assume it holds the LCD display to the window. I have pics attached for reference. Any help is appreciated.

I have figured this one out! It wraps around the control panel board of the outside and slips in underneath the board goes behind and across the display to hold the LCD in place. Coming from a Beogram 2404 and a Beocenter 7700 this is one mighty complicated turntable in comparison!
