B&O MX4200 need help!!!!!

Hi

I was wondering if anyone could help me out.

I picked up a B&O MX 4200 TV today from a local eBay seller.

now I've got the TV home, I've got problems, the TV turns on fine but I can't access the menu button on the remote?

The LCD screen displays the word HOTEL (see pic)

pall the buttons on the remote work except menu, so I'm unable to enter the settings mode to use the scart sockets for 

my Sega Saturn or SNES which is why I bought the TV.

I assume the menu button is locked in some way because this TV must have been installed in a hotel in the past.

Im at a loss?

can the remote be unlocked? Or do I need a replacement?

any help would be appreciated.

Sorted it.

spotted a video on YouTube & managed to enter service mode by pressing (menu 00 OK)

I can access the av inputs through there
