I just got a pair of S50's in my mail. But the woofer seems different from the pic's on the internet. Is it just refoamed or are it different woofers?
I've also posted a pic from the cap's. Do they need replacement?
Hmm. that woofer looks wrong.Can we have a photo of the magnet side ?
It's almost always worth replacing the caps when you are already working inside the speaker andin this case it's pretty straightforward. A capacitor kit exists but it's really just a few components.

Not original.I may be able to find a good original pair, refoamed and ready to mount if you need.
I don't know if i'm going to keep them, I also have a pair of s45.2 and they sound almost the same as this one.Is it possible that this speaker is from a s30? It looks very identical.
It's not from a Beovox S30 either.I don't recognize it as a B&O woofer at all.
