Might be the 'wrong forum', but never the less here is a short answer.
To display the coverpics on a BM5 you will need to have the pics either as a .folder file with the files of an album or embedded in the files.
iTunes work in a different way.

Again the short version of an answer.
The files on the BM5 harddrive are organized with the use of a DLNA server (Twonky Server).
These servers need a coverpic embedded in the files (or the coverpic as a .folder file).
ITunes organizes the coverpics different - a DLNA server can't get access to the iTunes folders where the pics are placed.
Do a search for 'DLNA/coverpics/embedding/tagging' on the internet (Google is your friend) to learn more.
There are different ways to embed infos (e.g. coverpics) into music files depending on the OS you use.
It might be that some of the albums already have the pics as tag in them.
