Hello all.  Kevin here.

I just bought a vertical stand for my BS9000.  The stand is all assembled but for the life of me cannot find any "button legs" that would slip into the corresponding holes in the stand.

Is there some sort of aluminum plate with the "button legs" that I attach to the CD player in order to mount it to the stand?

All the stands I see online are as described above.  My Beosound was mounted horizontally in the past.

Hi

Your beosound 9000 should have 4 legs on the back

Post a picture of it, if it is not the case

4 beolab 5,  beolab 9, beolab 10, beolab 5000, beolab 8000 mk2, beolab 6002, beolab 3500, beovision 7 55 mk2,  2 beovision 11 46 mk4, beotime, beosound ouverture, beosound essence, beoplay A8, beomaster 900 RG de luxe and the collection continues...

You purchased an incomplete floor stand - i.e. without the mounting hardware.

Same thing happened to me when I bought my stand second hand. I contacted my nearest dealer and he ordered the things I needed and had them shipped to my house, can't remember the price but it was less that 30 US dollars if I recall.

Thanks everyone for your replies.  My BS9000 never had any legs on it.  Pic attached.

I contacted the seller and he has them on his 9000.  I wondering whether he lifted his unit off the stand and kept the legs.  The question is whether the legs are part of the stand or part of the 9000.  I think it would be the former and not the latter.  Why would the 9000 come with those legs if the user were not to use it with the stand?  Seem logical to me that it should be part of the stand.

Anyway, I'm either getting the legs from the seller or getting the part from by B&O Service Center.

Thanks again.

The legs are part of the stand not the 9000. The 9000 doesn't need them unless it's on the floor stand.

Exactly.  Get them from the seller.  Show him this thread if you need to convince him
