Hi all,
just bought four active Penta's and my question is how could hook them to my Beomaster 7000?
it has Powerlink for two Penta's, but is there a way to connect all four? may be some kind of 5DIN splitter or something?
Thank you for any suggestions
Hi
Look at soundsheavenly.com, Steve has powerlink splitter for sale.

4 beolab 5, beolab 9, beolab 10, beolab 5000, beolab 8000 mk2, beolab 6002, beolab 3500, beovision 7 55 mk2, 2 beovision 11 46 mk4, beotime, beosound ouverture, beosound essence, beoplay A8, beomaster 900 RG de luxe and the collection continues...
There are two identical powerlink sockets on the 7000 and two identical powerlink sockets on each Penta.
Just daisychain a pair of Pentas out of eack socket on the 7000. Set left and right on the speakers
You don't need any splitters.

Please let us know how this set up sounds as I run my 7000 with a single pair of Penta's
we tend to forget there is more to design than designing.
Thank you guys., going to pick up all four Pentas tomorrow and try first chain them as Graham suggested.
will keep you posted with the results :)
Is there going to be any advantages by doing this? I'm thinking timing issues with the stereo picture...?
Too long to list....
Well my wife hates the look of my Penta's (I still cherish her look when I installed them for the first time) so I wonder how she would cope with 4 :-)
I think she's gonna explode! I had those 4 once in my living room and that last only for half an hour. Guess for what reason

Timing maybe not, but that has nothing to do with stereo and 'severe' audio listening.
And for easy listening/party listening 4 Penta's seems to be overkill.
Why not just use two of them in a seperate room - a cheap BeoLink Active or even a MCL2A would do.
Or buy a BV and a BluRay player to get full surround sound from multichannel audio sources.
My 2 cents

There is a tv - and there is a BV
