Hi!

I have a bit of a problem with one of my Beovox 1500 speakers. They have an adjusable midrange switch, with five different levels. Two of them doesn't work, level three and four, and the midrange speaker goes silent when I switch to either of those two levels. When I yank the switch the sound comes and goes, as if somethings loose inside. What do you guys think it is? What's the easiest way to go if I want to have a look see inside the speaker? Screw loose the woofer speaker?

These are actually quite rare speakers but also some of the better sounding ones.

Yes, you go in through the woofer hole and you will probably have to take out the switch and see
if it can be repaired.
Sounds like the contacts lost tension.

Yes! The contacts had lost tension, had to bend them a bit. Will see how long it works for. It was a bit of a drag getting the spekare loose, since it was also glued to the case. Thanks for the help! Btw, I really love the sound of these. :)
