Hi!

I want to change a damaged top on a Beolab 8000 speaker.

What is the right way to this?

I couldn't find this in the service manuals.

Need some guidance here. :-)

Do I need to take of the whole front plate where the woofers and tweeter sits or is there a more simple way?

The top plate is held by a screw from the inside. In order to access that screw you need to remove the top panel with the woofers. There's no easier way I'm afraid. But it's not a difficult task, just a lot of screws.
