Perhaps this sounds strange, but suppose I would upgrade my Beovision LX 6000 rigorously to a Beovision 11 (because I want a smart TV and I won the lottery ;-)), is there any way to connect this to my MCL system with several link-rooms and a BM5500 at the heart of it?
Perhaps with a NL/ML converter, connected to a Beolink Converter 1611, connected to the BM? Or would that never work?
Beosound 5 Encore + Beosystem 5500 + S45.2; BV7-40 MKV + BL7.1 + BL14.4+ AppleTV4; various link rooms with MCL2 A or MCL2 A/V + RL60.2 / CX100 / CX50 & Cona / IWS2000; BG4000; Beosystem 1200 + BV1600.
Hi MJBeo,
that is no problem at all.
As long as you have a ML 'at one end' to connect to the ML/NL-converter, it will be ok.
And the BL-converter 1611 gives you this ML.
You can get further details for the configurations from your dealer.
By the way - this is a good example of how B&O works.
Backwards-compatibily was always a central point for the guys in Struer.
Most companies would say: sorry, buy new stuff!
Greetings Millemissen
There is a tv - and there is a BV
Nice, thanks!
So now I start saving... ;)
