Beo4 volume button detatched

The volume button just fell ou of the V1 Beo4 remote. Never experienced before with previous examples bu checking the one for our audio it also came out quite easily. Are all the buttons on one pad?

we only got the V1 in April.

Very strange - yes the button should all be on one pad, unless someone has done a dodgy repair!

Had both Beo4 remotes from new. 

Anybody got a picture of the pad as a spare part to help me understand ?

The dealer has sent a replacement remote and it has the bang and Olufsen logo rather than B&O type new logo. Joystick is correct for beoplay
